I found some addresses but, considering the prices, those must be a cheap replicas! :P 1 - 2

As for good-quality Na'vi arrows, if ever you'd like them, there are some here! :) Hope it's not too much of a problem that the website is German, though. :-\ I just don't know of anywhere else for quality bows/arrows.

Considering that a Na'vi sized bow would be about 2 feet longer than a regular longbow, it may be too long for you.  Even if it isn't too long for you, it would probably have a very high draw.  Anything over about 40 pounds of draw is going to be too much for a novice archer.  Believe me.  I started out with a 45 pound bow and wished every second that I had a 35 pound bow.  Mine is a recurve though so I can't use it for an Avatar costume.
For a good longbow, I can probably get some answers for you, but it would take a few days.  I'd have to check with some friends in the SCA.  Shoot me a PM if you want the information.

I'd find interesting what you find concerning longbows, as well.

I'd say get an English Longbow, I have one and its VERY similar to the bow Jake starts out with. Plus its about right on scale too (i.e. its the same size compareed to a human that a na'vi bow is to a na'vi), I'm nearly 6 foot tall and my bow is still taller than me  ;D

Very interesting! :) Sounds like a good alternative to me. :D
