Computer keeps getting stuck.

Everytime I am on my host account, it gets stuck when I open anything.
It already happened when in safe mode too, I don't know what the problem could be, this does not occur on my guest account, I already removed some programs. Can anyone help me rutxe?

Vista, but weirdely enough, I let it scan for hardware problems (my vent fan was rotating like crazy), and it didn't find anything, and now it runs without problems :/
