Some Language Bar Troubles

I have created an MKLC layout but after installing, it doesn't appear in my Language Bar. I preset it as English (Zimbabwe) but it continues not to appear.

Any suggestions?

Hmm.  What OS do you have?  Do you see the keyboard installed in Control Panel?  Have you checked your list of English keyboards or tried to manually install it through Region and Language Settings -> Keyboards and Languages?
