I have two Nvidia Quadro 2000 in SLI.
They support:
OpenGL 4.1.
DirectX 11.
Bus interface: PCIe 2.0 x16.
Memory: 1024 MB.
Core clock: 625MHz.
Shader clock: 1250MHz.
Memory clock: 2600MHz.
Bus type: GDDR5.

I love my GTX 275 and I have a Quad Core CPU, but it's rather slow (2ish Ghz I believe). I wish more games would actually take advantage of multiple cores. Even games that do generally only use two.

I don't know which OpenGL I have but I know that I have DirectX 11

That would be OpenGL-4 then (or OpenGL-3.2 with some extensions).

Then that's very interesting since there isn't any Intel GPU with DX11 support,,, yet.

I have Intel(R) Celeron HD Graphics, and I have DirectX 11, do I not have GPU?

Well, technically no.. I think. I'm pretty sure that some of the (older) Intel GPUs basically just use the CPU for rendering. Also, whatever is reporting DirectX 11 is probably just reporting the software level, and DirectX11 is backwards compatible with older hardware (i.e. you should be able to play i.e. BF3 which will be DX11 only with a DX9 GPU, although you wont get the DX11 specific effects).

Your OS is DX11 compatible, but your GPU isn't.
