Well if you're thinking of Quaritch's pistol (and the kind the soldiers have in the game), they revolvers so a critical part of the model would be the rotating chamber. Unless you're planning on modding your gun to add a chamber to it (could be very difficult).

The revolver has an encased scope mounted on top and a laser-pointer mounted underneath infront of the trigger.
