If I remember right, on earth day i spent most of the day stealing recyclables from the neighbors cuz mom wanted to get enough weight in our bin so she could get the coupon from the local fabric store, which was that weeks feature recycle reward offer. LoL...

Now that's what we need in my community, programs that reward people immediately for recycling, give them incentive to do it!
