Avatarizing people

Lots of people have been requesting help on being "avatarized."  I am willing to help people with this granted I have the time.  I have responded to several posts on the subject, so I thought that I would make my own topic for people who want to be "avatarized."  If you would  like me to photoshop a picture of you (High quality, please), please send me a PM with the topic Avatarize.  Then I can get a picture from you and make sure that it will work well.
