For all of those people who don't want to pay for Photoshop, you can use GIMP, a free and open-source solution that has most of the features of Photoshop for free - at least you can do an Avatar with it.
Previously Ithisa Kīranem, Uniltìrantokx te Skxawng.

Name from my Sakaš conlang, from Sakasul Ältäbisäl Acarankïp

"First name" is Ačankif, not Eltabiš! In Na'vi, Atsankip.

Kia'Ora! I'm pretty sure my response is as late as any but alas this is my first day and my first post and I stumbled along this particular thread while working on photo editing myself into a Na'vi.

And I must say I'm impressed but also agreeing with the fact that the stripes make a picture of a Na'vi come to life. (as you can tell from my unfinished stripless avi)
Now... if I could get my own stripes right I would be all set.

I have now finished my Avatar lol

Stand tall, even if you stand alone. Fight, even if no one will fight by your side. If you must die, die so that others may live. Do this and you will live, Tirea 'ok...

Is your forum avatar the picture you're talking about? If so then it came out wonderfully for your first Na'vi-ization. Zola'u nìprrte'!

Yes, my forum avatar is what I'm speaking of, and thank you so much! I had a wonderful time doing it!
Is there by chance a place people can place up art and photography and such here? (I'm terribly new and still slowly getting through the rules and other beginners things and such, lol)
