Started a new thread since other one was getting little attention; $:-\$ but anyway here's some pictures!

The first one is For the Jake Sully Fans' and the second is for a commission i'm working on (which btw will be re-opened in a couple of days)

I have a big love for my colored Pencils and i wanted to mess around with some color for once. So i got a rough outline of a screenshot from AVATAR when Jake is about to jump onto the Great Leonopteryx .
Just Using colored pencils for this and i only have 48 colors to work from as well.
Time so far has been 3 hours.

For the Commission i'm working in the Banshee's colors now. The grey is only a base for it.

UM anyhow, first pic isn't avatar related, it's a WIP for a commission i thought i'd share.
The second one is a WIP of Chimera, my OC - And this is a full body, side on view of her for her LONG over due Dragon shape reference sheet. And this will be fun, i'll be doing wing shape, her Biolmuenesicne... everything i think i can fit onto a

Well for my traditional stuff i use colored pencils and that sorta stuff (nothing fancy) But for my digital stuff i use PaintTool SAI and Adobe Photoshop elements 7.0 and of course my Second Generation Wacom Bamboo drawing tablet i got for my birthday last year.

The first one ( "Easy boy" of Jake and his Banshee) is just colored pencil

i used a 2H pencil to lightly sketch in the image. So far i've used about 10 or so colors out of the 48 i have

The rest here are done in PaintTool SAI.

Finally done the reference sheet for my Chimera's dragon form. Original file is 8000px X 4000 so it's very big
