It's....nice. Not everyone is a master but this is pretty good, I would suggest maybe reshaping the ear and adding some more stripes. Possibly some more depth with the nose it is kind of flat.

Maybe "Jennifer Garner's Avatar" more so than a native-born Na'vi? Still pretty good.
