Good thing I watermarked it in more than one area! ;D

Very nice, I like it. I especially like that band on the tail, great job. Just one suggestion, though- When you make the Jake one, on the tail you should have the poof thing at the end of the tail cover the entire tip, so it looks like it's coming out of the end rather than just being behind it, or coming out of one side of the end. (Sorry if that didn't make sense, I can't think today. And yes I did pay too much attention to the tail. I like tails.)

Yay, its Neytiri!
+1 from me
Looking forward to seeing Jake...
Pasha, an Avatar story, my most recent fanfic, Avatar related, now complete.

The Dragon Affair my last fanfic, non Avatar related.

A couple of things:

1) The text is pointless. Nothing is stopping people from copying it. You wouldn't know if they did anyway.

2) If somebody "steals" it and you find out, what can you do?

3) You are strict about the copying thing so why not a disclaimer? You own niether the Na'vi nor Neytiri.

4) Even if you put up a disclaimer it would be worthless. Those disclaimers on FanFics? They do nothing.

This is the second comment you have made on my works.  While I do not wish to incite a any kind of argument I would like to state, that both of your comments came across as malicious.

I respect your opinion and views, however, if you feel the need to criticize mine or other works, constructive criticism is always a better option, as you mentioned in your other post, you referred to the text I did as "boring."  How so? How is it "boring?" What can I do to make it less boring? These are things that help us artist and designers improve.  By just telling us that something is boring does nothing more then tell us that you dont like it.

To address your comments on copyright.

If your referring to my signature in the lower right, yes people can remove that quite easily, but I have various other ways of marking my work, which I have done in this piece.

2) If somebody "steals" it and you find out, what can you do?

Nothing, your right, I could yell and scream and report them, but it would not matter, what would cause me concern is if they started posting it and spreading it around calling it their own.

I will state that I do not own the rights to the images of the Na'vi or Neytiri.  The Copyright is there to protect myself, I have work stolen in past.

Agreed.

Please forgive me. I didn't mean to sound like that. The first comment I shall expound upon in its topic. As for this one. I said it was good. Way better then anything I can draw. That second part was just me pointing out things. Mind you, I see a lot of crap on the Internet so I tend to be harsh when reviewing most things. I try to bite my tong(sp) but...

Very good Vector work. It's only when you see Neytiri full body you get a true sense of her physicality. You also managed to get her extraordinarily long big toe right. Most drawings I have seen never get that correct.

As for copyright, there is a law called Intellectual Property Copyright, or at least there is in the UK. This provides some protection, though, as stated by others, it's not exactly easy to protect your work when you place it on the internet.

Then again, fanart can't really have such protection when the work is not original, as it is Neytiri's likeness and Fox has those movie image rights.

To be honest, I don't worry about it. I do my own art for the fun and the love of Avatar.

Internet-based art can get a Creative Commons marking pretty easily, but the level of legal protection it grants you is virtually nil. Copyrights can protect you, but Neytiri is copyrighted anyways, and attempting to take out a copyright on fan art infringes on the original copyrights of the item in question. That, and they are incredibly difficult to obtain and require copious amounts of checking and paperwork.

Welcome to the internet  ;D
