It's a work in progress, but feel totally free to comment, criticize and generally talk smack about it!  :D

Very cool, I can't wait to see the finished result! How long has it taken you to get this far?

I put up the cardboard Friday evening and as of right now it's Sunday 7:35 and I just got my paintbox out to get busy again. I keep taking pictures of my progress and adding them to the DA folder, so I guess just keep visiting. My "page" in general is http://www.shirisaya.deviantart.com

Irayo for the view!

No problem Rain, I have many friends that are passionate artists who enjoy doing what they do. I certainly hope you enjoy it. As they say, "Do what you like and you'll never have to work a day in your life."

It surely would be fantastic 3D, and in fact I have plans that involve the whole room. As for what it's attached to, it's four panels of heavy corrugate paperboard (cardboard panels) taped to the north wall of my bedroom. The north wall is the biggest wall in my room, and the rest are either oddly shaped or have doors or windows in them. I could have done the painting on the wall itself, but I wanted to be able to take it with me if I have to live away from home while I finish my Master's degree. Thanks for all the comments and the karma (Taronyu Ayunilyä Alahe)!!

no problem :)
hmm yeah you could use one of those techniques involving tissues and glue (tho it'll waste a lot of them) :) good luck!

Yea, very good idea too. I'd be mad to have to leave all that work behind.
