Taronyu's conversion

SO for part 3 of my tutorial I got carried away using Taronyu's photo ... it was only going to be for the nose but ... yeah I got carried away like I said

I'm quite happy with the way it turned out. I've been streamlining the process, and while I did all of this I for the most part vocalized what i did, SO rest assured, there is a tutorial coming.  I've just gotta edit the bits together and put 'em on youtube.
