I dont mean to take up space with a request but because i have no clue how the people on deviant art create those special custom themes for windows 7 (yes im aware of the personalize option thats entirely different from what i am talking about) i'd like to propose to someone here who knows how to do such a thing to either, inform me on how to do it so i can do it myself or create an RDA theme for 7. I think it would work with the rest of the interface very well and im sure plenty of people on this site would give you many follows and downloads on deviantart for such a great work. so there's that...
