"Let The Na'vi Go" parody
« on: June 16, 2012, 09:50:48 am »
I was watching Avatar last night with my friend and brother, and for some reason (I guess it was around the time of Jake giving his speech to the Omaticaya), my brother came up with the idea of writing a parody of "Let My People Go", a song sung at Passover about the Jews escaping Egypt.
Really, only the first verse and chorus were a real parody, true to the original; the rest we just made up. But nevertheless, we kept the right form and tune and stuff, so it worked. And here it is:

Nga txo ke flä nìsngä'i, rä'ä kivä Eywa'evengne! ;)
