I am here, and not here
In this place, among them
(hands to eyes)Unseen
(whispers)Unheard
I am her warrior
Aw'! Aw'!
Without spear
Without bow
I am her shaman
(intoning)Seeker
(intoning)Guide
Am I one of them?
Familiar
Alien
I am here, and not here
I walk between
Seen and (hands over eyes)unseen
(smile)It is good.

You have to imagine standing around a campfire performing this. :) The "Aw'!" is meant to be the sound Neytiri makes when calling her ikran.

I'd normally leave it at that, but the back story is interesting.

I went to see Avatar again before writing this. Avatar always leaves me feeling like I am in a light trance, a pleasant buzz.

Walking back to my work from the movie alone, among crowds of people .. I had the weirdest feeling that I was a silent, 10 foot tall blue cat person, stalking along in disguise .. I was unnaturally silent .. people felt something .. they would kinda be surprised when I snuck up on them without trying, and then give me these kind of funny looks like .. this person makes me nervous and I can't tell why. It made me feel like a priestess walking among the unknowing, with some mark that they can't quite see except with their third eye, and its opening is scary to them. There was even a homeless guy on the train who was kind of heckling and harassing people and he actually left me mostly alone, and even moved away at one point to be farther from me, didn't look at me, etc...

Everything felt out of phase. I felt like I was walking around inside a movie.

Then this started writing itself in my head. Now I share it for whatever it's worth. :) I think it's a great articulation of something I've had a really hard time putting my finger on. It's a little less than performance art script, and a little more than poetry. I don't think it's Avatar-related particularly, but (IMO) it definitely has a flavor that fits in Pandora.

This is phenomenal. Truly beautiful  :)

It really reiterates how I was feeling, and tend to feel about half the time right now  :)

Please feel free to post this on my thread, I'd love to hear other people's feed back on this

Bravo :)

Haha! now that's going to be a challange!
I'm still working my way through the newest version of "Lean Na'vi the Easy Way" so I wouldn't be much help yet (:

But perhaps someone with better skill than myself could be of some help
