Metroid Prime: The Legend of Zelda

I am writing a fan-fic of Science Fiction meets Fantasy. Samus Aran is the main character. Its kinda like a team-up except with more explosions. I will definitely do some writing on Pandora and the Na'vi, but I don't know if I should save that for the sequel or use it now. If anyone is reading this, would like more info about the story, would like THE story, or has any suggestions, please don't hesitate to post here.

Mother Brain and Eywa are sisters, and Samus needs information from Eywa to end Mother Brain for good.

A variant of elder Metroids are native to one of the Moons of Polyphemus, Jake and Neytiri don't need EVA suits to breathe there, but Samus still does.  Team up...

Gannon has used the TRI Force to take the Master sword to Polyphemus, and intends to use unobtanium to forge a newer, more powerful weapon to destroy Hyrule.

Gannon getting whopped by the Na'vi has to side with Mother brain to fight off Link.

Meanwhile Zelda and Mo'at work with Eywa to try to distract mother brain defences, allowing for Samus, Jake and Neytiri to blow the Mother brain base sky high. Thus saving the Metroids from exploitation by the RDA and Mother Brain, who hired Ridly and Kraid to try to win back Pandora for their competitive mining operations.

Quaritch who was actually Ridly using a human AVTR still reeling from when Neytiri put two arrows in his chest is seeking to capture her and expose her to a similar pain, he frequently assaults her with meteoroids and Lava.
