Niri Te

I was reading the " Na'vi Novel Writing Month.." and didn't want to necropost, so I started this. Everyone here knows of me, and one or two of you read my FanFic. (I have between 20 and 30 people who read each chapter before I post a new one, according to this site's counter). I pretty much write a chapter every four or five days, and don't worry about a word count, I just write till I see that I am getting close to a good stopping point, and I have between 5 and 7 pages handwritten in my spiral note book and then I wrap that chapter up.
How about you folks, do you do a rigid word count for a chapter??

I'm pretty focused on writing at least one chapter a week on my ongoing fan fiction, so I haven't even LOOKED at that post about novel writing.  If the entire novel is supposed to be written in Na'vi I would have to count myself out.  I can string one or two sentences together, but I wouldn't want to compete in ANYTHING with my Na'vi!

I certainly never did, some were only a few hundred words, some had to be split over two posts.
Like you, I wrote till I reached what felt the right point to end.
Pasha, an Avatar story, my most recent fanfic, Avatar related, now complete.

The Dragon Affair my last fanfic, non Avatar related.
