You might be surprised!! ;D Chapter 11 will tell it all.

[edit] Of course I tried for a few cliffs again, so Muzer has a place where he can hang from. ;)

You are sure you don't have a white fluffy cat and the red button of doom ?

I am sure of that, srane. I do have the doubtful honour of being the chosen one when one of my writing friends needs evil gangsters and things like that.

That and the fluffy white ikran on the balcony of course.

My cues for the current chapter are very interesting:

Panels up, Stanley up. Stanley down. Nightflight. Fire.

hmmmmm well you have me intrigued now...

I wonder what "home of the sky people" would be, if compacted into one word. Home tree is kelutral (kelku + utral), so could I get away with kelsawtute?

And "What is the reason for your visit? Pelun aynga lu fìtsenge?"
Srak?

Home of the sky people would be "kelku sawtuteyä" or "sawtuteyä kelku" (whichever sounds better to you). You add "-yä" or "-ä" to a noun to show possession, and that includes something being of something.

And in Na'vi, you don't normally use "lu" for describing where something is - you use "tok", which is transitive (so you get the -l or -ìl and -it or -t(i)). So it would be:

Pelun ayngal tok fìtsengit?

[21:42:59] <@Muzer> now they are just expensive

Argh. I knew this, some time ago. And I manage to unknow it. Cor... irayo, thank you for reminding me.

Oh, wonderful! I did not know of tok. Irayo once more!

Well, since the version with -yä is a bit of a mouthful, it is quite probable that they would invent a new compound word to name it.

That's why I already tried kelsawtute, after kelutral.

Would I be bad if I use soaia olo'ru for clan family, meaning "family of the clan" (context being that some people from another clan will be called this)?

I'm also looking for a good Na'vi counterpart of "singer teacher". Rolyu karyu would be it, but somehow it looks too simple, too obvious. Perhaps I am thinking too complex at the moment... Complex days at work tend to do that. ???
