I introduced Mary, a helicopter mechanic, in chapter 1 of Sky People. She was talking to someone called Mark, a pilot. Mary and Mark have not come up in the story for a long time, true, but I needed them.

I could drop you a few pointers in a PM, but that might take the fun out of the story. I think that it will be good. Had a few more ideas this afternoon as I was driving around to Dad and a sick friend, which brought the whole thing to life even more!
