The Na'vi deceases

I am hopelessly addicted to Space. I've always wondered what a new 'Rrta would be like, and I like thinking about the issues/planning of colonising a new planet. Few days ago I came up with a big question: deceases.
When colonising a new planet, one can prepare for everything but the deceases, which is a big issue about new Rrta. All this thinking lead me onto a new question: what deceases do the na'vi have? Do they get sick at all? THey have carbon fibers in their body. Could this lead to any unknown deceases?

I was actually thinking about this the other day, granted in a different sense. I wondered what it would be like for the first settlers of Pandora, establishing a foothold with almost nothing to rely on. Would make a really interesting RP topic.
