Na'Vi story.

        Mevol
Chapter one: Tsäku's Ikran.

I woke up, lying in my hammock, right next to hers, gazing all over her beautiful body.
Now and then I saw her tail twitch, as if she was having a nice dream, perhaps, about me?
But I can't stay lying here, today is my day, I've just become sixteen, the age for us, Na'Vi to choose our own Ikran.
Time to make Tsìlì proud, as well as my father, and my mother.
I stood up, and got out of my hammock, jumping onto the branch above me.
My friends were already up, seems I'm the last one to arrive.
I saw Fnu, other then his name would let you think he is, he's not  that quiet.
He's the noisiest of the clan.
"Tsäku," he said," you're late, let's go, you don't think the Ikran will catch themselves do you?"
"No, I don't think that, I'm sorry I'm late, can we go now?"I said.
"Good, you go first, in case we encounter any nantang on our journey."
"Won't do any good if you don't hand me my bow, sir." I told him.
"Cheeky, huh? You better shut your mouth or I'll feed you to the thanators." He replied.
Good thing I had someone I love, he'd be dead already if I hadn't.
We finally took off, to the Iknimaya mountains.
I've been here before, a lot of times, to see these incredible mountains float, to climb them,
and to hunt animals you don't find in the forest.
One animal nearly caused my death, I was right behind it, chasing it with my knife, when suddenly it runs to another direction. Tsìlì suddenly appeared out of nothing, and grabbed my tail, I owe her one,
that's why we became lovers.

We finally got at the waterfall, I was the first one to reach it, we heard the screams of the Ikran.
"Tsäku will go first." Fnu said.
"Fine, some day you'll regret hating me like this."
I shouldn't have said that, he went angry and walked to me with his knife out of it's holster.
"You dare speak like that to me?" He yelled.
He started running, but I passed aside, he couldn't stop. And fell.
Everyone started looking at me, "you, you killed him." One of them said.
"I just stepped aside, what should I have done? Let him kill me?"
"Maybe you should have." Another one said.
"Fine, never mind me getting my Ikran then, good luck crying for someone you didn't even like."
"Hey, wait for us!" They suddenly said.
If I ever told this to Tsìlì, she would never forgive me, neither would anyone.
With these thoughts in mind, I stepped on to the ledge, with my tail between my legs.
I probably look like a scared dog like this, but there's no other choice, I'd fall of if I'd stick out my tail.
I safely crossed the ledge, the others were following.
I took my sling, put a stone in it, and started walking between the Ikran.
Most ignored me or flew away, except one that was hovering above the ground.
It tried to look me in the eyes, but I looked at it's body, perfectly streamlined for high speed flights.
"I guess this is it, huh? Let's do this!"
It put down it's feet and jumped over me while I tried to grab it's neck.
I turned around, I saw it flying away, this was not the one.
I kept searching for quite a while, when suddenly, one of them attacked me, I quickly lay flat to the ground, waiting for it to stand in front of me.
I started swaying my slinger, I shot, and hit. "Oooh, boy, it's really pissed now."
When it ran towards me I jumped in it's neck, due to the speed I had I could swing over and sit on it's back.
It kept shaking, and running to get me off it's back, but after quite a while, it got exhausted and I could make the connection.
Tsaheylu, a neural bond that could be layed between Na'Vi and any living thing on Pandora.
It calmed down, I know I need to fly now, the first flight seals the bond.

Chapter 2 : Kxìtx

It slowly stepped forward, I looked down, I felt a cold feeling go through my spine.
Txopu rä'ä si! Txopu rä'a si! The others were yelling.
"Eywa oehu", I started to pray.
It spread out its wings and took off, diving straight downward.
I could feel it was trying to get me off it's back, as a test, to see if I'm really worthy to ride it.
But I wasn't afraid, I've had a lot of tskxekeng, training from some older friends, who told me not to panic under any circumstances.
So I didn't. Za'u, ma tsmukan, eltu si ulte tswayon yey, listen and fly straight.
I was surprised, to be fair, because it did, no more screaming, no more rubbish flying.
I directed it to fly back to the cliffs, where I expected the others to be fighting for their Ikran now.
I didn't see anyone, the cliffs were empty, except for the Ikran of course.
Did they leave without me? They wouldn't, we're brothers, they would not betray me.
I went to see to the cave behind the waterfall, what I saw there was horrific.
All four of their body's, lying on the floor, drenched in their own blood.
What could have caused this? I saw the little holes they died from.
It looked like multiple arrows went right through them.
Then I heard a faint noise, like somebody speaking:
"Recon unit Charlie reporting hostile activity on this planet."
It went quiet for a few seconds...
Then I heard the voice again:
"Looks like some kind of humanoids, just... blue, big, and with a tail."
It went quiet again.
"I shot them."
I spyed him from behind, not sure what to do, he didn't have a weapon I recognized.
Just some grey metal device.
I decided to take revenge: I took my arrow, put it on my bow and stretched the bowstring.
I turned away from the cliff, facing the creature, suddenly it noticed me.
"what the f..." I shot, it was a direct hit through it's heart, he flew a few meters far because of the strength and speed of my arrow.
I took my Ikran and flew as fast as the Ikran could.
All these thoughts; "what have I done? Will the others believe me when I tell them what happened to Fnu? How will tsìlì react?"
I whispered to my Ikran: "faster."
Suddenly I heard some strange noise, like a Ikran flapping its wings, but, a hundred times faster.
I commanded my Ikran to hang on to one of the floating rocks.
Suddenly I saw a strange, metal flying device, was this from the creature I just saw?
There were more of these strange creatures inside the device.
They spotted me, "oh no" I thought by myself.
The Ikran released it's grip from the rock and the creatures in the device started a cat and mouse game with me, although they were firing at me with a weapon similar to the weapon the other creature had.
Lucky as I was, I saw two other Ikran hunters, I yelled as hard as I could,
-"hrrap! Hrrap! 'Eko! 'Eko!"
In a blink of an eye, they we're firing arrows at the device with the creatures.
"Get yourself to safety, boy, we'll handle this." They told me, but I didn't listen, I took my bow and arrow and aimed carefully at the creatures inside the device.
-"tspang, ma swizaw, tspang."
It was a master shot, even though I say this myself.
The device crashed with the creatures in it.
"Ngal skxawng, nga ke lu tsamsiyu! Did you want to die?"
-"No sir, but it's to kill, or to be killed."
"Hmm, you're right, but do not ever attempt this again."
-"Understood."
"Now, let's get back to Hometree, and warn the others about what happened."
Should I tell them what happened to Fnu and the others?
Maybe I should just tell everyone that Fnu died just like the others died.
I could see Hometree, we were almost there.

Chapter 3: Kllkxem kllte

Oel tse'a kxenerit sim Kelutral
Fì'u ke sìltsan lamu.
Fì'u frrtuyä za'u 'eko Na'viä,
ke fpom.
We let our Ikran fly into the crown of Hometree.
-"Skypeople have invaded our lands!" A survivor told us.
"Skypeople? Who are they?" I asked
-"Demons, from another world, they have been here before,
years ago, but now they are back, to take our lands!"
"Why," I asked, "do I not know anything of this?"
-"Because you were to young to understand, and now,
we thought they wouldn't come back,
we decided it would be best not to tell the younger generation." He said.
"Perhaps you still should have?" I said.
-" You would live in fear, fear, for these Skypeople to return."
"And now what? We know nothing of these demons!?"
-"May be, but the only thing we can do now is search for survivors."
Then the thought went through my mind: Tsìlì.
"Oh no." Without waiting for the others I stormed to the lower parts of the tree.
I didn't see her anywhere, "please, not her, PLEASE NOT HER!" I yelled.
By the time I stopped searching, the others came to me and tried to comfort me.
-"We'll find her, Tsäku, don't worry." One of them said.
"Screw this, I'm going for her." I said.
-"What? Tsäku, you're far to inexperienced, Tsäku!
I didn't listen, I ran back up to my Ikran and took off.
It was a long flight, probably because I did not know where the demon base was.
I was taronyu now... I was hunting the hunter.
The only thing that went through my mind was Tsìlì.
"Let her be alright, I pray to Eywa, let her be alright."
Then suddenly I saw large walls, with a lot of flying devices,
like the one I had encountered before, flying in and around the walls.
I hid behind a tree, so they couldn't spot me.
When I was sure that there weren't any patrols nearby,
I landed and let my Ikran fly back to Hometree.

I took my bow off my back, put on a arrow and  started searching around the base for an entrance.
Finally, after searching for about two hours, I found the gate.
It was large, steel, guarded by many Skypeople,
with devices to drive around, and Viperwolf-like creatures,
they all had masks, maybe this was their weak spot?
Suddenly the creatures started barking, did they smell me?
They pointed their faces towards me, trying to drag their keepers with them.
I could hear the two guards talk to eachother.
-"What's wrong with the dogs? There's nothing near here."
-"Don't be so sure, you never know what those blue monkeys can be up to."
-"Why call them blue monkeys? They're like us, just blue and big..."
-"And with a tail, and we don't have a tail, monkeys do, so they are."
-"Well they get my respect nonetheless."
-"Let's call the others and scout a bit."
-"Okay, but I asure you, there's nothing near this place."
-"Shut up and call for a scouting party."
-"yea, yea, just stay calm, South-East gate requesting scout party, possible hostile activities, over."
I could hear a voice from the device.
-"HQ to Sierra-Echo, We have ordered a 4-unit scout party to head to your position, do not head out on your own, over."
The guard spoke again.
-"I wouldn't dare with the Na'Vi in the forest, sir, over and out."
-"Over and out, Sierra-Echo."
Suddenly I saw one guard look at me, he signed me to get out of here.
Was this guard on my side? I started running away from the gate.
Just when I was running, I heard the gate open, I wasn't fast enough, they saw me.
-"Blue monkey over there! Heading South, repeat, blue monkey heading south!"
"Oh no." I mumbeled, and started searching for a place to hide.
Then, I saw a mud pool, without thinking,
I jumped in and smeared the mud all over me,
this would get rid of my scent.
When I was fully covered with mud, I hid behind a tree.
I heard the guards and the scout unit come closer.
One at a time, they passed the tree I was hiding behind.
For some reason, the guard who aided me before was a bit behind on the others.
When the others were out of sight, I decided to confront him, but can he speak Na'vi?
I took my chances and jumped in front of him, my bow loaded and it's string stretched.
"Ftang! Pesu lu nga?!"
He didn't seem very scared.
-"Txopu rä'ä si tsamtseyu, oel lu 'awtute tupe srung ngati."

Puk tsìng
Zerong Tsìlì.

-"Oe za'u mì fpom, rutxe, txopu rä'ä si."
I looked at him, scepticly, I didn't really believe him,
but he has helped me before, so I'm in his debt.
"Pelun oel zene spivaw ngati? Nga tawtute lu!?"
-"srane slä oel ke fìtseng lu fpi tsperang Na'viti. "
"Ke fìtseng fpi tsperang Na'viyä? Ke lehrrap srak? Slä nga lu tawtute?"
-"Ke nìwotxa sawtute lu lehrrap. Tsäku"
He knew my name, but how?
"Ngal omimum oeyä tstxoti, peyfa?"
-"Tsìlì pameng ngayä tstxo, set ting mikyun,
kä tsafya'o vaykrr ngal ultxa sayi lahea sawtutehu
mì ayuniltìrantokx. Mefol srayung ngati zivong Tsìlì. Set kä!
"
"S... Srane, tute, irayo."
He started running further, to keep up with the others.
I went to the direction the guard pointed me toward.
He didn't lie, I saw two Na'vi-ly people, they saw me, and and kept looking at me,
they started talking to each other.
-"A boy? I thought it would be an adult Na'vi? He's like a two feet smaller then us."
-"Orders are orders, c'mon, we can't disappoint Toruk Makto,
certainly not because we're his children."
-"I've always wondered what RDA would have done with us if they didn't believe us when we told them we are Jake Sully's descendants."
Now I was getting nervous, I wanted to see Tsìlì, for Eywa's sake!
"mefo tsap'alute oeru? Oe fìtseng lu srak?"
-"Totally forgot, kid, can you speak English?"
I looked at them with a confused face."
-"I guess not, Tsäku, nga nìÌnglìsì plltxe srak?
What's English?
"Kehe, 'upe lu Ìnglìsì?"
-"'Awa lì'fya, nìngay Na'vi.
Set, ziva'u. Zìyevong  Tsìlì."
And so I followed them, they first let me pull on some clothes like the ones they were wearing.
So the RDA guards would not be suspicious.
Then they taught me some English, so I could answer a guard in case they would ask me a question.
They also told me that this was not the main base, but just one of the larger outposts,
and Tsìlì was not kept here, but in the main base.
As a final, they said that I'd have to do the rest on my own,
a 'Sampson' would pick me up in a few minutes, and bring me to the main base,
from where I'd have to find the prisoner section,
located in the East of the base.
It was a strange feeling, not being able to control the thing you're flying with.
After flying for about ten minutes, we arrived at the main base and landed.
Now I had to test my English, and ask directions to the pilot.
"Where East part of base?"
-"Djee, are you that bad equipped that you don't even have a compass?"
He pointed the direction, and I started walking there.
I could already see some guards with guns stand beside a opening.
"Sir, I need be here, please."
They stared at each other and started laughing, then they aimed their weapons at me.
-"Put your hands in the air buddy, I don't think you belong here."
In a matter of seconds my actions went through my mind, and then,
I made them reality.
With one foot moving to hit one guard,
I picked up the other guard and separated him and his weapon, and threw it away.
Result: One guard K.O. and the other one to afraid to say a word, I knocked him out for safety.
Strange, nobody around, nobody saw this, they seem to believe nobody can enter their base.
I entered the prisoner section, and started scouting around,
I saw many viperwolfs, Na'vi but also Skypeople in the cells.
"peseng lu poé? Peseng lu poé?" I kept asking myself.
Then I saw a building, with a large door in it.
It went open, I saw Tsìlì run out of the building, she struggled.
I ran towards her to prevent her from falling to the ground.
-"Tsäku!  Irayo Eywaru fwa ngal zama'u, ayfo sawtute namew fmetok ulte tspang oel."
This unleashed a furious feeling inside of me. I felt unstoppable.
I took my bow and arrows and went inside the building, ready to kill everyone inside.
There were about five Skypeople inside when I came in,
and none was alive when I got out of the building.
-"Tsäku, Ngaru lu fpom srak? Nì'ul aysamsiyu asawtute zìya'u!"
"Tsakrr, oeng tìyerkup fu rìyey... Slä 'awsiteng!"
-"ke, kempe? ... Tsäku, ke slìyu skxawng ìlä fmeri tspang ayfo.
Frapo a ngal tspimang fo lamu luke sun!
Lahe ayhawnuyul  terìran hu lefngap aysokx, ngal ketsun ska'a ayfoti!
Don't do this, Tsäku, let's just get out of here."
"Tam tsakrr, fpi ngati."
"Oel omum 'awa fya'oti wrrpa."
In fact, I didn't know how to get out of here at all, I just let my instinct lead me.
My instinct was right, I saw the Sampsons,
I went to a manned device and told the pilot to go to Blue Lagoon,
the base closest to Hometree.
He didn't suspect that I wasn't an Avatar Driver.
-"Fyape ngal omum sawtuteyä lì'fyati?"
"Sawtute anì'eylan sramung oeti."
"nì'aw 'ì'awn maweypey, Tsìlì, nga lu zongtsengmì futa stum lu."
I felt her heartbeat slow down, and knew she felt safe with me.
It was almost dark when we arrived at the base.
When we stepped out of the Sampson, the two Avatar drivers I've met before,
came to use and gave us warnings of where to stay away for some time.
And that we should tell the other Na'vi about this, and  encourage them to bound together,
and strike back, as their Grandfathers and mothers did, two generations ago.
"Oe kìyä, slä pelun ngal 'ì'erawn? Ziva'u hu ayoeng, ulte srivung ayoengit 'eko ne'ìm?"
-"Ayoe ke kivä, ayoeru lu hì'ia ayeltu lefngap mì ayoe sokx,
ayfol tsun rivun ayoeti fratseng.
"
"Nìhawng kawng, ngenga kìmvä 'awa nawma  tìsrung."
-"Anyway, head that way", he pointed the direction, " and you will be back at the location you landed with your Ikran, I guess he'll be waiting for you."
He suddenly spoke in English.
They saw me when I arrived? They seem to have the same skill as a real Na'vi.
Tsìlì and I flew back to hometree.
"'Ì'awn, oel kaya ne ayla."
I went down, and when the others saw me, some of them started yelling:
-"'Eko! 'Eko! Unìltiranyu!"
"Eltu si! Fìpo lu oel, Tsäku! Oeru lu 'awfì'u ayngati kin ta omum, fpi nìwotx ayngati!
Za'u!"
They followed me, and when we were at the end, the others saw Tsìlì.
-"Ma Tsìlì! fyape nga zìma'u fìtseng?!?"
-"Ma Tsäku zamong oeti ta aysawtute. Poan lu 'awa san, tìng mikyun."
