Moderate OC won't do any harm to your CPU, think of Intel's Turbo Boost Technonolgy (that's OC too strictly speaking). Even high temps aren't that bad compared to high voltages. Although I would try to keep temps below 70 °C (+/-) at full load (i. e. Prime95). I OC'd my CPU and undervolted it at the same time to keep the temps as low as possible.

Oh yes, I know. I simply like to keep my CPU cool to extend the life and avoid any headaches. However, I really should look at OCing it with an undervolt as you did. That would probably be worth it for my processor since I usually idle around 50°C.
