Educational Videogames of the Future
« on: December 17, 2013, 06:02:34 pm »
A colleague of mine works as an advisory person with the Whitehouse staff, and I wanted to throw my hat into the ring on this subject.

I submitted an idea. I hope you read it and vote agree/like.  ;D

I do not expect everyone to agree with me at every turn, but my hope is that there is something that makes sense in my proposal that is pointing at the right path to follow.

I'm not sure if I can vote there...I'm not an US citizen...

Anyway, it's very interetsing and I would agree!

Maybe I overlooked this but... for me, I learned to mod my games, and this is an interesting activity with some educational elements. Ususally one have to know some maths, program related command codes (scripting), 3d modeling etc. to be successful to create a good and working mod.
