As a HUGE roller coaster freak, I would totally ride both of these until my skin peeled off my body, because it is that awesome!!

Anyone has the guts to step up to a rich rollercoaster-building company to present these, so they can take out the errors and dangers, and start building?  ;D

Well, who on here is studying physics at a collegiate level, or IS a physicist for a career?

My dad is a reliability engineer.... ::)

But I don't think I could get him to help. ;)

I take AP physics right now. ::)

Awesome coasters! I'd ride those everyday!!!

Swoka Ikran

Loved the video. :) Sadly, I wouldn't be able to ride those coasters :( (motion sickness and acrophobia)...

If an Avatar theme park were to ever be built IRL, I'd definitely want to be part of it (whether as a customer, employee, or helping build it...)

Amazing stuff.  I was mesmerized.  Toruk gave a better sense of juking about and rolling around obstacles, but Ikran had some amazing inverted dives.

If they were real rides, I could see them being very popular.

I reckon I'm one of the biggest sceptics/cynics here (some of my posts certainly seem that way) but I actually like this idea ... indeed, especially if the 2nd/3rd films turn out to be good, I could actually see this idea work as an entire theme park, one with a strong educational/ecological message yet still fun for kids and others.
