What? I played when that was type2 and never saw ANYBODY playing with it. I mean, you could use some serious ninjutsu and luck (clockspinning, utopia sprawl) to get marit lage out in like 5 turns, but you're assuming a fair amount of luck and leaving yourself totally open for quite awhile.
Phase I: IPTG -> GFP
Phase III: Avatar Botany

It's the Hexmage combo. It is possible to win turn 4.

I work at a game store in Berkeley. Among other things, we do Magic events, and sell Magic the Gathering singles in store and online.

I added a speech bubble to this sign that I posted prominently in our front window:

I think nobody gets it. My boss was like "haha, I like your poker face reference, but who's Tsu'tey?" and I'm like "KOKOUM, DUH". But just look at him! He's SUCH a Tsu'tey! /gnashes teeth

Personally, I only have one deck. It's red elementals from Lorwyn. I'm supposed to use incandescent soulstokes to spam out Nova Chasers. =D

I played the WoW TCG and minis games for a while last year!

Thought I'd post in this after I found my winning decks
When I started playing, I was winning with my first deck which was a standard Nijitsu deck straight out of the box from the Kamigawa series

My most kickass deck was based aroud the Guildpact Series. I had two decks based around Guildpact actually, the best one was a Black/White deck which was built of the Orzhova base deck. The second one is just a awsome bunch of Red and Green cards I got in booster packs and added with the starters deck from the 8th series
