I just got YLOD, again, yesterday and I was so pissed, since Sony didn't fixed the problem, so I now I want to fix it myself.

I am using this method now:

FIX PS3 YELLOW LIGHT/YLOD. WITHOUT OPENING PS3

But that is because, this Saturday, I am gone for a week, after I am back, I am going to get some thermal compound. So I can fix it.

Here is the way to fix it with thermal compound:

part 1
PS3 YLOD Fix Part 1 of 3

part 2
PS3 YLOD Fix Part 2 of 3

part 3
PS3 YLOD Fix Part 3 of 3 (Re-assembly)

Currently I am letting the PS3 cool down using a fan. So if it works, I'll let you know.

Add a radiator to it
And less time on it, if I do that, I don't need any kind of cooling instruments, but I am going to buy one.... well... consider it at least.

Yesterday I got back, it hasn't been on for a week, I played in two days.... 12 hours and I got YLOD.... seems like I gotta go the little bit ( but not so difficult ) harder way of fixing it.
