A quick search didn't net anything.  Since it's been two years, maybe they've thrown out the case...after all, if there had been a finding for the plaintiff it would've been big news, I think.  Then again, I'm not familiar with how Chinese courts operate so this could have ended gummed up in the works.

Human No More

China isn't exactly known for respecting intellectual property even where there is actual infringement :P; a case like this would have got thrown out straight away since it doesn't even have a leg to stand on anyway.
