He wants Cameron to buy the rights to the ship... for 3+ million dollars. Because clearly this guy has done such an awesome job envisioning a spaceship that fits so well in the established aesthetic of "Avatar".... 

He has an over-inflated sense of his own art skills; the result is this silly ship and outrageous claim that he can "help" James Cameron with Avatar-2. Claims he posted on the Internet for the entire world to see.

I wonder if he's aware of just what a total tube steak he's made of himself in front of 6.6 billion people.
