nìwotx can also mean "completely."  It's just not many use it that way.

Are you creating your own dictionary?  If you are, I would suggest downloading Taronyu's.  He is tenacious about keeping it up to date.

No. I'm using the jMemorize word list I found here. It's probably out dated now. I got it about a month ago or so.

You want "The Na'vi Dictionary."  Make sure and check the version every few days as he updates it constantly.  Right now he's at v9.103, a month ago it was something like v7.2.
