I think it was posted in 'the other' tattoo thread. One suggestion was to use a thin black outline and a blue filler. That would look quite good... and won't come off either ;-)

Indeed. It is a stylised ikran. Would make for a wonderful image, I think.

And the paint for the dots could be this one.

I have changed my tattoo idea im going for the wind swirl

i would like mine to be an ancient tribal tattoo similar to the ones teh vampyres  have in House of Night. a crescent moon (since it's dots the outline of it)  in the middle of my forehead..  and then the swirls could look similar to either air, fire, or water which are my three elements.
