I actually wondered the same thing, and almost asked if he had to get a new chair.

The first time I watched the clip, it ended right as he was in middle of being tossed out the door, so I never saw the chair come out. I didn't realize until a few minutes later (when my post failed to submit) that I didn't see the whole thing. My wireless connection had dropped while it was buffering...
