Iv been so far away from Avatar that i lost all interest into the culture of the People :(
And i want it back please help me to found my way

Lora Syulang

What brought you to it in the first place? Was it the way the are connected to the forest? I am drawn to them becaus they are so natural they seem almost pure to me. I see them and think that is the way we should be. Connectedness to all that is around you in nature is envious. I love that they can fly ikrans too. I love the way the language sounds when it is spoken and it sounds exotic and wild. I always wanted to be that close to nature. I live in the woods and all, but that is in a house, I  have a car, pay the bills, still connected to the world of humanness....but I day dream. My connection to the animals here is feeding them. I used to work with rehabilitating wildlife. I have been studying wild canids and dogs it seems forever.
How about the way they can bond with the animals? Wouldn't you love to do that? I love the culture, well, the little I know about it from the movie. I would love a tail. You?
I hope this helped.  :)

This is an excellent question.  For me, I think it would be the almost tangible love that the people have for all that is sacred.  And the fact that to them, everything is sacred.  Eywa, the world around them, each other: they respect and cherish all of these things with a gentle reverence that touches me.  So in my mind, everything in Na'vi culture stems from love. :D

Love, and the sense of oneness with all that is in Pandora.

Maybe you had this dream about abandonment because you felt bad about losing your love of all things Na'vi?  So after that, why would you even need your queue? :-\  Or maybe it was just a nightmare and can be forgotten now that you're awake, without needing to be analyzed. ;)

Agreed! I don't think you should try to understand and analyze it too much. :) If there is a deep meaning to it, it'd probably be with Alyara said, but nothing else really worrying I think!

I also believe the question 'What draw you to the Na'vi in the first place' is truly important in your case. :D If you can remember very vividly and clearly why you loved them so much at the beginning, it might be easier to find your "old" feelings back and to find your way. If you want and can, you can post your thoughts about that, and I think from there people here would be able to help you more! :)

All of the feelings expressed here are good and valid (like Lora Syulang, it is the animals for me). But what I think you need to do first is simply immerse yourself in the Pandoran world for a time, by simply watching Avatar 3 or 4 nights in a row. Whatever thing it is that motivates you will likely be rekindled by doing that.

It is difficult to See when everything around you kills you a tiny bit to look at it.  Slä txopu rä'ä si.  You still have the ability and desire to See, or you would neither know nor care that you are not Seeing.  You have a strong heart, ma tsmukan!

:'(

It will come back.  Anything strong enough to touch your life always will. I nearly lost it myself due to a lot of very bad happenings, which I could talk about if necessary, but really, aren't relevant, as people might lose the feeling for any number of reasons, but I found I had the ability to get it all back, and I know other people do too, I've helped people with that before. Feel free to message me any time if you need anything, but I'll leave you with the fact that it is not impossible, and it can be done, I did it and I am not unique there. I would suggest you try and find some time, when you aren't stressed, tired or feeling down, don't have any expectations, try to clear your mind, get some time together, make sure you won't be interrupted, and watch it. It helps.

If you need to, message me any time, here or IRC. I always have time for helping people find it again, because I know it's still there. Trust me :)

Remember that you are and always will be you. Every thing we see, every thing we do, every where we go and everyone we meet, they all change us. Sometimes imperceptibly, sometimes fundamentally. But you are still you. They say you can never go home, but they can be wrong. Home is where you believe it to be. We may not be able to choose what we remember in life, or what we forget. But never loose sight of the fact that you are you. What ever changes, what ever stays the same. Hold on to who you are, hold on tight.

I can not fully say just how true this is. Never be afraid to cry, it can really help the feelings. Avatar made me do it in public, even.

Pretty much what happened to me was that I lost a friend due to a hit and run accident.    We were supposed to ship out together.   I personally broke down.   They caught the bastard who ran him down while he was exercising, and now he is rotting in prison for vehicular manslaughter.     That was about a year ago.  The only other time that I've cried was when I just get enraged, just a bunch of anger, and suppressed emotion.  In combat, you cannot let your emotion get in the way.  Its hard to come back to home when nobody understands, and the one person who was there is now gone.   Anyhow, Its all the same.  I personally think death is such as a freedom, I cant think about what my family, and friends will do without me, because Its maddening.  Sometimes the grief is unbearable some days, and others I' ok.

All in all, sometimes is easier just to be a robot, than a human, but we Marines have to learn to shut off that particular switch, and the movie, above all helped me in someway, I cant put a finger on it.

What can I say that I haven't said already?  Know that I admire you, and never doubt that you have a strong heart!  I also cry when I'm furious.  I think of tears as happening when your heart is so full that it rises into your throat and chokes you until some of it just has to spill from your eyes.  It's okay to need to be able to flip that switch.  And it's okay to be afraid that you won't be able to switch it back again.  But your ablility to See still lives within you, nestled like a seed waiting for light and water.
