Severe Avatar-Withdrawal...
« on: January 08, 2012, 06:19:10 pm »
ma eylan...

As the title of this post suggests, I am having severe Avatar-withdrawal  :P

My copy got broken back in novemeber and I've as yet had the money to buy a new copy (impoverished student  ;D)

I have a week left until I can buy a new one... But the absence is beginning to show  :( lol I used to watch it practically every day, even if it was just a certain scene.

Since it broke I've watched every clip and music video on youtube thats Avatar-related. I've re-completed the xbox game. I've learnt more Na'vi in the passed two months than I have in the two years since I started.

But how can I last this coming week?  :-\

Just thought I'd share this lol  ;D
oel ngati ke tsole'a kawkrr, ma oeyä yawntu, slä oel ngati kameie

pxengengeyä - all time favourite Na'vi word : "of you three (formal)"

"get me some blue paint and a longbow - I'm sorting this environment crap out" :P

In a way, perhaps your copy of Avatar breaking, was a blessing in disguise. You say that you have learned more Na'vi than in all the time that you were watching Avatar.
Soon you will be able to immerse yourself in spoken Na'vi, AND you will have learned much more of it, because your old copy was broken.
