Found it on Avatar's page, and haven't got the faintest idea whose weapon it can be. What do you think?

With the metal blade,  and what might be a carbon fiber,  or fiberglass folding bladeguard with a brass tip,  held in place with a metal rivet,  it is not Na'vi. Being that "primitive" of a type of weapon. If it is RDA,  it is a decoration. I'm thinking that it is a post Battle for the well of soul's uniltirantokx that has "gone totally native's" dagger.
