The leaf bowl was a hosta leaf that I picked from the garden

The recipe is really simple (as long as you know how to shell shrimp before they're cooked - cut them down the back and peel off the shell gently) just take shelled raw shrimp or prawns, thread them onto skewers to keep them straight, and cover them in some kind of light breading.  I used "Shake'n'bake".
