DICTIONARY ACCESSIBILITY

Tse, oeyä lefngapa eltu crashed recently and I am busy reloading my resources.
I successfully loaded Tirea Eaen's kwerty
and the Na'vi to English portion of Marki's dictionary

BUT NOT THE ENGLISH TO NA'VI portion of the dictionary.

Is it included?  Did I do something wrong?
WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND?
Is it in Learning Resources or Community Projects?

HELP ME PLEASE!  I'm LOST without those dictionaries!
