A group of Mohawk woman vist Hunger striker Chief Spence in her second week of hunger strike video,released Dec 21 2012 (She speakes on the reasons for her hunger strike on the link here ) Chief Spence exclusive interview CBC December 18, 2012 Chief Spence speaks on the pain she feels for her people and the breakdown in dialog that is happening today with the Canadian goverments violation of treaty she herself has said she willing to die if need be to bring awareness to the issues at hand for her people. yet as a whole the global media has chosen to not report on her fast, all she asks is an audience with
the Prime Minister  . The "Idle no more" movement brings awareness to the voices of first nations people (Canadian Native peoples) a global show of support would bring preasure on the Prime Minister to respect treaty and land rights and help heal a lot of deep wounds.
