Another mystery sentence

The following sentence, by Kemaweyan, has two nouns marked as patients and no agents. Why is this so?

Payti rä'ä tìng fìporu a teraron ngati

First patient relates to verb tìng which is used in imperative mood. There is completely clear that agent is "you" - (ngal) tìng payti. The second patient relates to teraron which is used in attributive clause related to the word fìporu. So full sentence would be

  (Ngal) payti rä'ä tìng fìporu a (fìpol) teraron ngati.

This is a command (or maybe a piece of advice of sorts) which you can see by the "rä'ä". This way it is assumed that the one you say this to is the agent (compare "txopu rä'ä si" from the movie). Maybe it helps if you see it like this: "don't give water to this person-who-is-hunting-you".

I kind of suspected that I was missing some 'phantom words'. This is still very confusing only, as it is hard to sometimes 'see these words' because we take the overall meaning for granted.
