Here's a question I find interesting: What are the ways to translate let someone (do something)?

I'm sure sometimes you already have words for it.
Examples:
Let me go -> Livonu oet
Let me know -> Peng oer

However, sometimes you don't. How to say it then?
Examples: Let me do it, let me in

Interesting question, but I have not any idea  :-\

It depends on context, I believe. Some examples from Na'viteri:

Kea kem leyewla rä'ä si, rutxe.
Please don't let me down.

Oeri lu fìtseng snewsye nìhawng. Hivum ko.
This place is too spooky for me. Let's get out of here.

Poti fweykoli ayoel ìlä rong.
We let him slide through the tunnel.

I'd also say, either the causative ‹eyk› or tung, although we don't know how tung behaves exactly, i.e. transitive, intransitive?  :-\

It's also worth noting that the examples you gave are different semantically. It's not the same "let", right?
To "let s.b. in" is one verb in German, ,,hereinlassen", although ,,lassen" appears in many other verbs in one form or another, e.g. ,,verlassen" (leave s.b./s.t.) but also ,,sich auf jemanden verlassen" (to rely on s.b.)

Also we have this very strange affirmative "let", i.e. "let us do something" etc.

A precision from Karyu Pawl would be appreciated.
