And this is a good one: Tapirus. Described as a squat, six-legged (I kid you not ;)) creature resembling a pig. But on screen looking like a tiny pixelated sturmbeast.

It just occurred to me that this is also illegal, but for the opposite reason: s can't end syllables.
I think this one maybe should be moved from the illegal section into the not at all Na'vi section. Just been given a Prolemuris, which we know isn't the Na'vi name for the creature (although the ASG doesn't tell you what it's real name is), which makes me think Tapirus might have been intended to be the skxawng sawtute name.

Eywal aylì'ut ayoengur tìng... ulte Eywal aylì'ut ayoengur1 niä.

To make peace for taking the tapirus away, I offer you Seyvaro instead.

1 Anyone know if the Na'vi dative carries (as with many other languages) the sense of the disadvantaged as well as beneficiary. E.g. what I've tried to write here "and Eywa grabs words from us".

Edit: I forgot my accusative suffixii. :D

Edit2: And Seyvaro is a character name. Sorry, forgot to mention that. I swear to Eywa I get dumber by the day.
