42.   6.   Var Tsam   (The Battle Continues)

     -> (no change)

44.   8.   Wem Kxitxvay   (Fight to the Death)
     ->
     -> (no change)
I'd suggest "Tsam Vìyar" for "The battle just continued" for 6.
I think they are doubting on whether the war ends or not.. besides this, is var here right? Since every time I see it's used as modal with another verb...

But usually it's continue verb.. here's intransitive use, or there's canon example already..?

If this isn't considered, it sounds more reasonable now.
So if you were me, which one you'd prefer? ::) Var or vìyar..?

why not?

oe tsun
oe zene
oe fmi

are all perfectly fine sentences, using modals as regular intransitives

OK so this is solved now.. irayo :)

How about the tense.. ::)

3 am is coming.. hìyahaw nìngay.. I found I missed two passages in the project and need check too.. at this moment I can't proofread, need to wait until tomorrow.. So they would be more interesting than separated titles. They were written in August 2010, which I even forgot what are there.. kìyevame...

Since Uniltìrantokx mentioned this, it raised my awareness to the (probably) tense..

I think it's partly reasonable, but I still can't give myself enough reasons to choose any one of the options..

That *tsyìl means it's still not a confirmed word proposed to mean climb...
now it is approved. Quite quick process :)
