Stranger Come Knocking

I don't know whether I'm staying long or just passing through, but I thought I'd poke my head in anyway. Just saw Avatar 2 on Monday, and listening to the dialogue was kind of like dusting off an old book where you sorta know what's supposed to happen but the details are fuzzy. I wasn't even sure this place still existed, and even if it did, wasn't sure anyone would really be here.  But, I mean, new movie, new crowd to get interested in the movie and language, similar to how ski hill attendance skyrockets during Winter Olympic years.

Let's see, judging by the way I left things, most notably the lyrics and the link in my signature, it's been at most six years since I was here last.  And I am pleased to see some familiar faces still around.

That's it.  That's all I got.
I will not die for less
I dug my grave in this
Will I go before I fall
Or live to slight the odds?

These are my books.  You should check it out.  Speculative sci-fi murder mystery historical fiction.

Good to see you, too.  I saw Avatar 2 on Monday as well, so WoW!  (Stupid play on words with Way of Water.)  Anyway, welcome back, even if it's only to say hi.
Learn how to see.  Realize that everything connects to everything else.
