I'm a beginner at this awesome language, I've been studying for one week and I would like to ask for some help, could any one out there help me out with this translation?

He is a hunter, his arms are strong, he is sit on a stone looking to the sea, the wind brought flowers' smell.

Actually it's a section to say hello only and you should ask for help in beginners section. But I could help you. Your translation does not exactly repeat the meaning of English sentence. For example you wrote po lu 'ewan taronyu (also you forgot -a- with adjective: 'ewana taronyu) - it means "he is a young hunter", but in English version it's just "he is a hunter" without "young". Well. Your Na'vi sentence is (with my corrections):

  Poan 'ewana taronyu lu, (ay)fpeyä mepun txur lu, poan hereyn äo utral tengkrr poanìl tìnerari terìng nari txampayurti, hufwel mamunge aysyulangeyä fahewti.

1. You should connect adjectives to a noun or pronoun with -a-. It may be 'ewana taronyu or taronyu a'ewan - both are correct.
2. Prefix ay- (or just lenition) means plural form. So (ay)feyä in English is "their", but you want to say "his" - a singular pronoun. In Na'vi it's peyä or poanä.
3. tengkrr + verb with -er- mean that this action is at the same time that another one (here it's poan hereyn and at the same time po terìng nari txampayur).
4. tìng nari is a verb with the meaning "look". But it's intransitive. Then don't use agentive and patientive, only dative for an object. I understood that you wanted to use this verb: tìnerari (actually this word is wrong, but I guess it should be tìng nari). Also you can use transitive verb nìn, then cases are correct.
5. I think it should be -ol- insted of -am-. The wind already have brought the smell (otherwise how you learned it), so we can say that this action is done. Then use -ol-.
6. A genitive suffix -eyä we use only with pronouns, with nouns use -ä or -yä.

And my version of translation is

  Po taronyu lu, mepun peyä lu txur, po heyn sìn tskxe tengkrr nerìn txampayti, hufwel molunge fahewt aysyulangä.

Sit on a stone, not in a stone. Mì is wrong here. Also if you change sìn to mì - then don't forget a lenition.

Ulte is possible here too, but with tengkrr it's closer to "he sits looking to the sea".

And I'm not so sure that mì would be entirely wrong here. For me, sìn denotes a movement, hence: heyn sìn tskxe ~ sit onto a stone; heyn mì skxe ~ sit on a stone ... after all we have mì Eyweveng ~ on Pandora

Ulte is possible here too, but with tengkrr it's closer to "he sits looking to the sea".

mì is "in, on" so it fits here. sìn is "onto" (on-to) which means a movement from somewhere else to the surface of something (as Plumps said).

also, I think just ulte is the best because tengkrr makes it "he was sitting on a rock while he was looking at the ocean" which is not the quite right meaning and it's also pretty weird (even in other languages, you would expect it to be "he was looking at the ocean while he was sitting on a rock").
