ghunwI

Hi, my name is ghunwI' and I am new to these forums. I have for a while wanted to learn na'vi. The language seems to have an interesting grammar, and I want to learn about it. This is not my first conlang: I am partially fluent in klingon (my username is klingon for programmer), so I have some experience with grammatical concepts.

fìlì'fyat oel nìyume (hope this is right). :)

Zola'u nìprrte', and good job, that was very close! :D

Because nume is an intransitive verb, it needs to be fìlìfyari oe nìyume.

Good luck with learning, and I hope you have lots of fun here! :)

Welcome to the forums.
"Nume" is intransitive, the closest transitive equivalent is "ftia", so You could say "fìlì'fyat oel ftìyia." Or You could say "fìlì'fyari oe nìyume" (-ri is the topical case).
EDIT: Ninja'd.

I'm always amazed by people using proper (or almost proper) Na'vi in their very first posts!  :o

Welcome!  :)
