What are some good teaching tools?
« on: July 03, 2018, 09:28:03 am »
Hi,

I was wondering what would be some good teaching tool mediums in order to learn Na'vi? I know that Youtube is good and that you guys have your own channel. I would love it if you guys would point me in the right direction, as I am having some difficulty finding ways to teach myself.  :-\

Kaltxì, ulte zola'u nìprrte'!  Hello, and welcome!  There are a ton of good resources here.  And I'll link you to a list.  https://forum.learnnavi.org/beginners/fb-lm2/

There's also a very active community on Discord, if you haven't yet discovered that.  The download is free, by the way.

Oops, ma ’eylan (friend) Toliman was a faster typist than me.  ;D

Zola'u nìprrte' ma AshertheNavi! Welcome! Yes, Discord is excellent and very active. There are also pinned resources on the Discord channel that are very useful. Don't hesitate to ask questions!

Another resource I like is a set of beginner lessons that Tirea Aean wrote. I found them to be a great starting resource to become familiar with most aspects of the language. Find them here: http://tirea.learnnavi.org/

We're happy to have you here!  :)

Even more helpful than those two starter lessons would be my classic series, preserved here: http://tirea.learnnavi.org/old/material/lessons :)
