Actually it would be more clear if you break the sentence like this

     Oe za'u / ftu Maleysia.

So that now oe za'u is the main part (clause?), and ftu Maleysia is some kind of supplementary information.

Oe is "me", za'u ftu is "come from" i presume?
haha i didn't know it's Maleysia in English. XD

Sran, Oe means I, za'u is come, ftu is from as in from a direction, and in Na'vi, "Maleysia" is pronounced identically to how "Malaysia" is in English:  ey in Na'vi is the English ay.

My question was How does a native Malaysian pronounce or say the name of his/her own country in the native language?

it's still pronounced as Malaysia there isn't any difference as to whether we're Chinese, Indian or Malay. We're taught to pronounce it that way. It was first called Tanah Melayu literally meaning Malay Land, then it became Malaya, and after independence, it's called Malaysia
About our native language is Bahasa Melayu [Bahasa (language) Melayu (Malay)] the sentence structure is the flip/opposite of the typical English sentence structure.
