And you never considered, oh, I don't know, something in linguistics? Or do you teach them?

Never thought of it. I was always looking forward to my future as a doctor (Phatoloog-anatoom in Dutch, yeah I know, cutting open dead people and testing flesh for abnormalities.) I think it's just because I pick up languages quite fast that I never really thought about it. I'm now considering to be.. well not a high-school teacher for languages but something more 'important.' (read: something that gives me more money than the average pay-checks.)
Well, thanks for making me notice this  ;D

Can you please film your pets while you speak Spanish with 'em? Since your family doesn't understand Spanish you're talking to your pets. But will they understand it? (I know they recognize some words in the language. (One time, cat sneezed, said bless you, cat meowed. Lol).

nevermind it. I love the sound of the Spanish language.  :)

I speak English and Italian as first languages, then I understand Chinese pretty well (I've been studying it for two years now), I can manage a little bit of Welsh, too, and I'm studying French and German at school, additionally.

I'm a bit of a language geek. ;D

I'm Italian raised bilingual. My mothertongue is of course Italian, but I speak English since I was born, because my father really wanted me to learn it mothertongue-level.
