I speak Hebrew, Russian and English (all fluently). Also can make some phrases in French , my uncle lives there, I also chose it as the "2nd language" course in college, hopefully it'll enable me to be able to speak in fluently.

American English (native)
Spanish (took 4 years in school, I've forgotten most of it)
German (took 4 years in school and some independent work and loved it, but I don't use it often so I'm somewhat rusty)
Lojban (attempted it, but not much stuck)
And of course, Na'vi.

I was born in the U.S and I speak English and have learned enough spanish to be able to talk to my pets in the language (since no one else in my family can speak it).  :)
Can you please film your pets while you speak Spanish with 'em? Since your family doesn't understand Spanish you're talking to your pets. But will they understand it? (I know they recognize some words in the language. (One time, cat sneezed, said bless you, cat meowed. Lol).

nevermind it. I love the sound of the Spanish language.  :)
Well that might be difficult considering the fact that they are two cats that hate the camera and flashy things all together. But if I can I will try........and it would be quite funny too. :)

NATIVE:
American English

LEARNING:
Thai -- extremely beginner. Hopefully Na'vi's easier.

NA'VI & NATURAL LANG AT THE SAME TIME?
Na'vi will not only be my first conlang, it may be my next language target. Anyone try studying Na'vi and a human language simultaneously? With 2+ human languages, they say it's a bad idea (till your advanced).

It's only a bad idea if you start confusing the words with others during an exam. Then that's purely your fault and we didn't do it.

Well, when I was in middle school I studied English and French at the same time. Never had problems.
In High school I studied English and Latin and no problems with neither of them. ;-)

Born and raised Dutch, learned English quite early and it is like another primary language to me. I'm learning German and French at school, the only reason German really works for me is because I had a vacation to Brandenburg (and Berlin) recently. I suck at French :P. Learning Latin and Greek as well.

The only real obstacles for me learning Na'vi are the English linguistical terms which I generally haven't encountered before.

Born in America, so I suppse I speak English pretty well. Learning Japanese ( 一緒 に 話しませんか?), Na'vi (obviously), and starting Esperanto after I feel comfortable with Na'vi. I know a touch of the Irish form of Gaelic, but all I have to work with is Rosetta Stone and I don't have a whole lot of time, but I'm working on it. Future plans include: French, Italian, and Russian. In that order.

The only real challenge is learning to take the languages one at a time. I keep catching myself on two different language sites at once and I really have to pull back. In college I'm studying abroad in Ireland for film, so I can bust out some Gaelic over there and impress the hell out of them!

I am American, so I speak English well.
I know basic Italian, like food, colors, greetings, and how to ask a few questions.
I know basic French and a few stray French words.
I know a couple phrases and words in Polish
I can only greet in German and Japanese, beyond that not much.
Some Latin. La fortuna, velut luna.  :D

I guess the core languages I use most now are English, French, and Italian. I tend to study multiple languages at once, and sometimes I need to take a step back and refocus on one language. I love languages too much for my own good it seems. ;D Haha.

Edit:: Oh! And I'm learning Na'Vi of course.  ;)

Well lets see here, I'm American so I do English. In Elementary school through Middle School I learned un peut de Francais, and first 3 years of high school I did Espanol, and now on my last year I transferred to Deutsch.  Not too good at any of them, but it is fun.

CountKarl ist mien Deutsche namen fur Deutsch klasse.  Hope i did the spelling right o.o
