Looks cool! :)
It somehow reminds me that stuff Prrton did way back regarding time (even if he hasn't used a clock)

At first sight, it's weird. The small arrow points the period of the day. The large one precizes the period (suffix or prefix).
At second sight too :)
Problem is, both arrows looks the same (same length....)

lol
If it could work for real, you'd just have to associate the period of the day with the affix. Pretty simple and not confusing.
Edit: And it's much less boring than a single arrow that would point the time of the day.
As long as we do not know the length of a pandoran day, we cannot do much.

I mean, you should make the arrows different color and make also the arrow on exapling clock different color. ;)

Why?

One arrow points at txon'ong. The other at maw. Oh, it must be txon'ongmaw!
Got the logic?
You're asking things that would make a difference in reading a conventional clock on Earth. THIS is not a conventional clock.

It's divided in two hemispheres: WORD and AFFIX. The upper arrow will always point a word and the lower arrow will either point an affix or will point between the two regions (meaning no affix). No 360° rotation, no meaning based on the appearance of the arrow.
No matter what the mechanism is or what the color, the form and the length of the arrows are, the time should be sorted out easily.

If you want to see it that way, it's a disk with arrows pointing at two different words to indicate the period of the day.

Well, it works from trr'ong, kxamtrr, txon'ong and kxamtxon - these combine with sre- and -maw. But what about rewon, ha'ngir, kaym and txon? For those second arrow disappears or where it points?

Between the two zones, at the ''six o'clock' position.  Same thing after sreX.
